Current service providers
This list describes the configured platform providers and the information they may process to deliver their part of Wikiflai. Not every provider receives every type of data. Processing locations depend on infrastructure and account configuration; this list does not promise a particular data-residency region.
| Provider | Purpose | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website and app hosting; request routing and custom domains. | Requests, IP addresses, technical logs, and content handled by hosted app functions. |
| Clerk | Authentication, sessions, organizations, and invitations. | Profile and contact information, identity-provider identifiers, membership, roles, and authentication metadata. |
| Convex | Database, realtime synchronization, backend functions, and scheduled jobs. | Workspace documents, comments, history, project settings, access metadata, and organization/user identifiers. |
| Autumn (Rebase, Inc.) | Billing plans, subscriptions, entitlements, and usage. | Customer and organization identifiers, contact information, plan, subscription, and billing/usage records. |
| UseSend | Transactional email delivery. | Recipient addresses, invitation message content and links, sender information, and delivery metadata. |
| Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) | Operational error monitoring; optional browser error diagnostics. | Error and technical diagnostic information. Browser diagnostics require opt-in; server-side operational monitoring is separate. |
Related infrastructure and services you choose
Cloudflare provides DNS for our domains. DNS routing does not itself give it access to stored workspace documents; the information it handles depends on DNS and any enabled network-security services.
Google and GitHub can act as identity providers when you choose their sign-in options. They also process information under their own privacy policies. A payment provider identified at checkout may process payment and transaction details when payments are enabled. Providers used by these services are described in their own legal documentation.
AI tools and model providers that you connect to MCP are selected by you, not automatically engaged by Wikiflai to generate or train on your documents. Review their terms before granting access.
Updates and questions
We update this page when our service-provider arrangements change. If your organization needs a data-processing agreement, transfer details, provider-location information, or a contractual subprocessor notice arrangement, contact hey@wikiflai.com. Any signed agreement controls the notice and objection rights it provides. This page does not itself create a provider-change notice period or certify compliance.
