Using Wikiflai
These terms apply to Wikiflai’s website, documentation platform, published sites, APIs, and MCP service. WikiFlai, based in California, United States, provides the service under the Wikiflai & The Alasti Company name. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Wikiflai & The Alasti Company” refer to the service and its operator. Contact us at hey@wikiflai.com.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account.
Accounts and organizations
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials, sessions, and API keys. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and connected agents. Organization admins control membership, project access, publication, billing, and agent permissions. Your organization may access or remove content in its workspace.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, abuse, nonpayment, or a legal obligation.
Your content and sharing choices
You keep your rights to the documents, files, and other content you submit. You give us permission to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service, and to follow your instructions and legal obligations.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary for the content you upload. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials intended to compromise another system, or content that violates another person’s rights. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, disruption, or circumventing access and usage limits.
You decide whether a project is private, public, or password protected. Publishing makes the published material available to the selected audience; public material may be indexed, copied, or cached by others. You are responsible for permission choices, custom domains, shared passwords, and instructions given to connected agents. Do not use Wikiflai to store regulated health information or similarly restricted data unless we have separately agreed in writing to support that use.
Agents and integrations
API and MCP credentials allow external software to act within the permissions you grant. Keep them secret, limit their scope, and revoke them when no longer needed. You are responsible for reviewing agent changes and publication decisions. A model provider or third-party tool that you connect processes information under its own terms; connecting it may disclose page content to that provider.
Third-party services, identity providers, and domain registrars have their own terms. We do not control their independent services or guarantee their availability.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
The price, billing interval, included features, and limits presented at checkout or in a written order apply to your subscription. Where checkout specifies recurring billing, you authorize renewal charges until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added. We do not obtain a recurring-payment authorization merely because you create an account.
You can manage available subscription controls in Plans & billing, or contact us for cancellation assistance. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated at purchase. Refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase and any rights required by law. We will communicate material pricing changes before they apply to a subsequent billing period.
Beta service and availability
Wikiflai is currently offered as a development beta. Features, limits, and availability may change, and interruptions or data loss are possible. Keep independent exports of important material. No uptime commitment or service-level agreement applies unless we agree to one separately in writing.
Deletion and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. Organization admins can export projects and move pages or projects to trash. Trash remains recoverable until an admin permanently deletes it; trash is not a scheduled deletion request. Permanent deletion cannot be undone through the product. Contact us for account or organization deletion requests that are not available in the interface.
Deleting a login does not automatically delete documents belonging to an organization. Backup copies, billing records, security logs, and information we must retain for legal purposes may remain after removal from active systems. See our privacy policy for more information.
We may suspend or end service for a material breach, legal requirements, or a decision to discontinue the service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to export content. Immediate action may be necessary for security or serious abuse.
Our software and feedback
We and our licensors retain rights to the service, its software, design, and branding. You may use them only as permitted by these terms and applicable law. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without payment or an obligation to implement it.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of your content and agent output.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and US$100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version with its effective date. We will give additional notice of material changes when appropriate or required by law. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service and cancel any renewal before the update takes effect.
California law governs these terms, except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise. Please contact hey@wikiflai.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or override mandatory local consumer protections. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
