Marketing website
The Wikiflai marketing website does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies and does not load a third-party font service. We serve our fonts ourselves. We do not display a consent banner on this website because there are no optional tracking features to enable here. Hosting and security infrastructure may process request metadata to serve and protect the site.
App and published sites
Cookies and related browser storage support functions you request in the app. The exact cookies can vary with authentication and security configuration. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in, collaboration, or access to password-protected sites.
| Category | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|
| Authentication and security | Clerk session and security cookies, including cookies such as __session and __client_uat. Duration varies with the authentication session and provider configuration. See Clerk’s cookie documentation. |
| Password-site access | Session storage named wikiflai:access:<site> remembers an access grant for the requested site. The backend grant expires after eight hours; browser session storage normally lasts for the tab session. |
| Editing and local preview | Local storage such as wikiflai:doc:<page> supports document editing in this browser. Local-preview data may use wikiflai:preview and wikiflai:discussion. These remain until cleared by the app or browser. Clearing storage may remove locally saved edits or preview documents. |
| Privacy choice | wikiflai:privacy:v1 stores your optional-diagnostics choice and timestamp in local storage for up to six months, then asks again. It does not contain your name or email. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page session. |
| Optional browser diagnostics | Sentry browser error diagnostics load only after you allow them. We do not enable browser session replay or advertising tracking. Diagnostics may include errors, browser details, and technical context; automated filtering cannot guarantee that an error message never contains personal information. |
Change your choice
In the app and published sites, choose Privacy choices to allow or reject optional browser diagnostics. Rejecting them does not disable sign-in, editing, or publishing. Withdrawing permission stops future browser diagnostic collection; it does not delete reports already received. The page reloads when the choice changes to apply it to the monitoring SDK.
Your choice applies to the current browser and origin. The app domain and a customer’s custom domain have separate storage, so you may be asked separately. Use browser controls to inspect or clear cookies and local storage. Clearing a privacy choice resets optional diagnostics to off.
Server-side hosting and security logs are separate from optional browser diagnostics and are described in the privacy policy. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising later, we will update this policy and the consent controls before enabling them.
