v0.13.0

Give agents the context to contribute with confidence

Help agents find relevant knowledge, follow project conventions, propose coordinated changes for human review, and resume interrupted work.

Added

  • Request task-specific context packs with cited sections, review status, and hints about missing information or conflicting instructions within the returned evidence.
  • Submit named change sets for up to 20 pages, review their changes and conflicts together, and approve all draft updates in one step. A stale page or failed write prevents partial application; publishing remains separate.
  • Keep local documentation copies current with a resumable change feed covering edits, moves, publication changes, and deletions. Expired checkpoints or changed access signal when a full refresh is needed.
  • Let agents browse the knowledge inbox, record unanswered questions, and propose cited answers for human review. Accepting an answer saves it for a teammate to resolve or turn into a draft.
  • Maintain project terminology, authoritative page references, preferred templates, and contribution rules in Project settings for agents to read as administrator-authored guidance.
  • Resume multi-batch draft imports from saved progress after interruptions. Retrying a completed batch returns its saved result without duplicate pages, and cancellation keeps drafts already created.

Improved

  • Agent search now uses the same relevance index as workspace search, with supported documentation synonyms, company aliases, and conservative typo correction alongside versioned citations.
  • Agent errors include a stable code, a readable explanation, whether to retry, and the next action to take, including guidance to re-read and reconcile stale changes.
  • Large page-tree trash and restore operations update page availability together while delivering change-feed events in background batches. Agent reads and change-set reviews respect that recovery state and current permissions.

Dependency and compatibility updates

Improved

  • Updated application libraries, build tools, and deployment tooling to current stable releases.
  • Updated server-side document conversion and backup compatibility checks while preserving existing documents and database schemas.

v0.12.2

Clearer pages and workspace navigation

Open workspace tools on dedicated pages and browse your documentation with a clearer hierarchy.

Fixed

  • The search shortcut displays a properly aligned Command icon beside K.
  • Analytics, Teams, Project backups, and Agent access open as dedicated workspace pages with direct links, breadcrumbs, and browser Back and Forward navigation.
  • Standalone workspace pages ignore stale document selections while preserving admin access restrictions and save-before-navigation behavior.

Improved

  • The Pages view shows collapsible page branches, clearer nesting, publication status, and update dates, with drag-and-drop and keyboard organization controls.
  • Project backup progress explains that restores continue after leaving the page.

v0.12.1

A calmer workspace sidebar

Keep workspace navigation compact and switch projects from a searchable picker.

Fixed

  • The sidebar stays fixed within the viewport with tighter spacing and a visible account footer. Decorative footer copy is hidden on shorter screens.
  • Smaller navigation labels stay on one line, and long project and account names are truncated instead of wrapping.

Improved

  • A searchable project switcher replaces the expanded project list and page tree, showing the current selection and keeping project creation close at hand.
  • Project switching preserves the existing unsaved-edit navigation guard and supports keyboard focus, Escape, and mobile navigation.

v0.12.0

Back up your knowledge and bring it back

Download portable project archives with hosted files and restore them into new private projects with a validated preview.

Added

  • Organization admins can upload a Wikiflai project backup, validate its contents, preview page, attachment, discussion, and history counts, and restore it into a new private project.
  • Restore supported rich documents, nested pages, page metadata, trash state, published snapshots, threaded comments, published revisions, and retained draft checkpoints.
  • Import hosted attachment and image files and update their references in rich documents, published content, comments, revisions, and checkpoint states.

Improved

  • Project exports include SHA-256 file checksums and a final completion marker. Downloads report received bytes and reject incomplete archives.
  • Uploads use bounded chunks, and persistent restore jobs report progress, completion, and failures even after the panel is closed.
  • Existing projects are never overwritten. Incomplete restores remain unavailable in Trash, where an admin can permanently discard them and release their storage.
  • Restore enforces organization admin access and normal capacity limits. The preview and backup documentation explain excluded data and the current 100 MB archive limit.

v0.11.0

Turn unanswered questions into shared knowledge

Capture missing answers, route questions to the right teammate, and turn useful answers into maintained documentation.

Added

  • Submit knowledge requests from the workspace or after a search, with an optional copy of the original search query and content scope.
  • Track questions in a shared project-scoped inbox with assignment, open and resolved status, written answers, and links to existing or updated documentation.
  • Convert a saved answer into an editable draft page and resolve its request in one step.
  • Receive in-app answer notifications and open the resolved request directly from the workspace header.

Improved

  • Questions, search context, page links, assignees, and notifications respect current organization membership and project permissions.
  • Concurrent edits preserve unsaved answers and require reloading the latest request before saving.
  • Permanent project deletion removes its requests and notifications and releases their retained storage.

v0.10.0

Connect the pages behind your team’s knowledge

Link documentation directly from the editor, see which pages point back to it, and discover related context in the workspace.

Added

  • Search accessible page titles and insert a page link from the workspace editor.
  • See backlinks to the current page and related-page suggestions labeled by direct links or shared topics.

Improved

  • Page links use stable page IDs and resolve the current project, so links continue to open after a page is renamed or moved.
  • The workspace and agent retrieval recognize stable page links alongside existing public page URLs.
  • Page pickers, backlinks, and suggestions check current permissions and exclude deleted content, including when continuing through empty result batches.

v0.9.0

Start with your company’s templates

Reuse company documentation structures with ownership and review schedules already in place.

Added

  • Organization admins can create, edit, retire, and restore reusable company page templates in Workspace settings.
  • Select company templates alongside built-in templates when creating a page, with Markdown content for runbooks, incident reviews, onboarding, systems, and policies.
  • Set optional individual or team owners, recurring review intervals, and content types as template defaults.

Improved

  • Template content and settings are copied into each new draft. Editing or retiring a template leaves existing pages unchanged.
  • Default owners are checked against current organization membership, destination-project editing access, and team availability before a page is saved.
  • Concurrent template edits and retirement are checked during creation, and invalid defaults leave no partial page or usage charge.

v0.8.0

Keep the discussion beside the knowledge

Ask about specific passages, bring teammates into the conversation, and flag outdated information directly from the workspace.

Added

  • Reply in page discussion threads, resolve or reopen conversations, and copy direct links to individual threads.
  • Mention teammates who can access the page and receive in-app notifications for mentions and replies, with links back to the discussion.
  • Reference selected page text in a discussion. Keep the original quote visible when the passage changes, disappears, or can no longer be identified reliably.
  • Signed-in workspace readers can ask questions and report outdated information without receiving content-editing permissions.

Improved

  • Discussion notifications respect current organization membership and page permissions, including access changes after a notification was created.
  • Discussion references count toward storage usage, and permanent page deletion removes related notifications.

Fixed

  • Resolving a thread also resolves its replies so it no longer appears as needing attention on the personal home page.
  • Personal home discussion links open the relevant thread, including resolved discussions opened through a direct link.

Find the right company knowledge

Find documentation by its content, ownership, and review status, even when your team uses different names for the same thing.

Added

  • Filter workspace search by individual or team owner, review status, and content type alongside project and draft or published scope.
  • Manage company search aliases for acronyms, alternate names, and equivalent terminology.
  • Use arrow keys and Enter to navigate highlighted search results.
  • Assign lightweight content types to company templates and pages through review settings or the agent API.

Improved

  • Search indexed titles and content in relevance order across accessible documentation, including pages beyond the loaded navigation list.
  • Keep search results current as documents are edited, published, unpublished, deleted, or restored, while checking current permissions before showing results.
  • Built-in templates assign content types automatically, and duplicated pages preserve their type.

Fixed

  • Keep focus in the search input when its dialog opens and fit search controls on narrow screens.

Keep page reviews moving

Keep documentation current with recurring review schedules, team ownership, and reminders for the people responsible.

Added

  • Set recurring review intervals and automatically schedule the next review when one is completed.
  • Assign a page to an individual editor or a team, and find upcoming and overdue reviews in your owner inbox.
  • Receive weekly review digests with direct page links, current access checks, and duplicate prevention.

Improved

  • Find pages whose owner has left or lost editing access in the review queue, then open the page to reassign it.
  • Manage team ownership and recurring review schedules through the agent API as well as the workspace.

A home for your own work

Return to your favorite and recently visited pages, and find reviews and discussions that need your attention.

Added

  • A personal workspace home with favorite pages and your ten most recently visited pages.
  • Star pages from the editor toolbar to keep them close at hand.
  • Find assigned pages needing review and open discussions on pages you own or have participated in.

Improved

  • Recent pages reflect your visits rather than edits across the workspace.
  • Favorites and visit history are private to your user and organization. All home lists respect current page access and exclude deleted pages and projects.

  • Compare the current draft with the published version before publishing.
  • Workspace navigation and page discussion panels behave more consistently when switching pages.

Review changes from your team and agents

Bring agents into your documentation workflow with reviewed proposals, cited search, and workspace AI.

Added

  • Review, accept, or reject proposed documentation changes. Accepted changes update the draft; publishing remains a separate action.
  • Search documentation content and retrieve cited passages within authorized projects.
  • Assign page owners and track documentation reviews, including overdue work.
  • Connect agents with guided setup and MCP OAuth authorization.
  • Ask AI beside the editor using your own Anthropic API key, with personal or organization credentials and proposed draft updates.
  • Organize pages and make precise document edits with expanded workspace and MCP editing controls.

Fixed

  • Resolved production bundling and dependency resolution issues for documentation proposal actions.
